Lumps and firmess in tummy

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone notices inflating and deflating lumps in their tummy through the day? I've noticed a large lump (often sausage shape) just below and towards the right of my belly button when I lie down. It's often very noticeable in the morning and evening but then throughout the day it comes and goes (sometimes I can't feel anything at all). Is it just food (poo) moving around do you think? Can food digestion really be that noticeable? Thanks all!!

It's probably a hernia..get your doc to confirm

It could well be poo, yes. If you're slim it can be quite noticeable.
