Can mefenamic acid make my period end early?

I was due on my period 2 weeks ago and I did start and had around 2 days of very light spotting. I was at work and so pre-emptively took mefenamic acid to get ahead of what I presumed would be my period and therefore cramps. When my period starts the cramps start all of a sudden and they are really painful and I couldn't have that happen at work which is why I took the mefenamic acid. I took mefenamic acid once a day for those three days. I did then have the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine but doubt that will have caused this.

After those three days nothing happened. It's now 10 days later and no sign of my period. I'm constantly on edge as I'm not sure if my period will just be super late or whether I've skipped it completely. I'm worried I'll suddenly come on when I'm out or at work.

No chance of pregnancy. Periods are always really regular (every 32 days). I'm in my 20s. I have missed a period once before during a really stressful time but I'm not stressed at the moment.

Can taking mefenamic acid too early on in my period cause it to just stop? I have noticed since I started taking mefenamic acid it has caused my periods to lighten a little bit.
