Light headed and hot but no fever?

I end up checking my temperature a few times a day as I fell quite hot and light headed and feverish. But my temperature isn’t actually high when this happens though. I sort of feel like I have an infection (but the fever feeling comes and goes) or really low blood sugars (so I eat...). It’s been happening for 4 weeks or more and is driving me nuts. I’m putting on weight as I don’t feel like I can exercise and I’m Eating to compensate. Any ideas what the cause might be? I don’t get why my temperature isn’t high but I feel so feverish on and off everyday.

Could it be hormonal? Perimenopause?

I fear it might be. Trying to rule out other things, as I’m in denial. I’m 41. Not ready for this. I blamed it on the covid vaccine for a few weeks.

Go to the GP is my advice. If you don't feel right and you are changing your behaviour over it then it's worth going.
