Tingling in head and face, pressure in temples

What could this be? Has anyone experienced similar? I've had a few episodes of it recently and the GP treated the last as sinusitis but i'm not convinced. Currently feel tingling across my cheekbones out to my earlobes and up on my forehead. Also comes onto the back of my head. No real pain or headache with it but sometimes slight dizzyness and feeling of achy eyes.

I get something similar. Caused by too much time on my tablet/phone. Eyes get tired and the head down position causes all sorts of muscle and nerve problems in my face and head. Sister has similar and yoga helped her. I just ration my screen time.

I also grind my teeth in my sleep. A night splint frm the dentist may help.

I've got this on and off at the moment. I think for me it's possibly sinusitis (have had terrible hay fever this year), plus straining my neck muscles and tendons doing heavy gardening work. Also a lot of screen time as I've been doing more computer-based work lately.

I think it's nerve endings causing the tingling, so I assume there's inflammation or pinching of the nerves. I also grind my teeth in my sleep when I'm stressed, which I am a bit at the moment.

Yoga and massage tend to help me loosen up the tension, as well as a fairly anti-inflammatory diet.

Really helpful thank you, and definitely makes sense in my case as I'm still wfh and on my phone way too much.
