Hi
Just wondered if anyone had been in this situation before - and how it turned out?

My last pregnancy I ended up having c-section which resulted in a large incisional hernia - it happened immediately after surgery but they couldn't diagnose till I was,6 weeks post op in case was swelling (it quite obviously wasn't but think they hoped it was). I haven't been able to have it corrected as yet due to other children needing me up and about and me and my husband Have now decided too try for another baby - I have spoken to consultant and they don't think should cause any issues - I'm just worried as it does protrude quite badly now, is sometimes pretty uncomfortable and I'm only a size 10 - what will it be like at 9 months ?!!

If anyone has any experience of this is be grateful of your stories - fingers crossed they're not to gruesome haha xxx

Hiya

I haven’t no - spoke to the consultants PA who said she had asked them and they said it would be fine - I would just be consultant led care like last time. Just hasn’t really reassured me that’s all. What if my bump ends up a really odd shape - or some intestines get trapped - they don’t seem to think it’s an issue though - just said get on with it haha xxx
