White scar like mark but not a scar? Any ideas?

Looking for some help!

When I was much younger (around 8/9) I underwent a pinnaplasty (ears pinned back).
I had a large bandage around my head to keep dressings in place over my ears for about a week.
When the bandage was taken off, I had a white mark on my forehead that was 10000% not there before I had surgery.

It's so hard to describe (therefore hard to Google!)
It looks like the skin was cut, healed and scarred over. There was no cut there before the operation and no scab etc there when the bandage was removed. It just appeared out of nowhere.
I'm pretty pale anyway but this line on my forehead is bright white.
It isn't sore, but I just have no idea what it is or how it appeared?
I'll try and attach a photo. If anyone could satisfy my curiosity, I'd be very grateful!
