Vagninal tears during sex

Has anyone else experienced this before?

Every time my partner and I have sex, I am cut below my vagina. It is so sore and painful the next day.

During sex it isn’t painful at all, weirdly. Maybe I’m just in the moment and don’t notice it. My partner and I aren’t into rough/aggressive sex and we use lube and warm up beforehand.

This does my head in, the pain is unpleasant obviously but it also means I have to wait around three days before we can have sex again so that I can heal.

I’m 24 and no vaginal births and have periods, not on the pill.

Has anyone else had this and did it get better :(

I had it during perimenopause, thinning of the vaginal tissues is a really common symptom. You are very young for that though. As long as you are using lubricant if you need it this really shouldn't be happening. You ought to see your gp or a sexual health clinic.
