Night time anus pain - ? proctalgia fugax

The other night I was woken up by pain in my anus. (No, I never have anal sex) it has happened twice before and I was wondering if anyone else has had it ?
No change in bowels etc, it’s just really odd. I googled it and came up with Proctalgia Fugax so was wondering if anyone has been diagnosed with it.

Yes, hideously painful. Can sometimes leave me sweating and feeling ill it’s so bad. Gross but I find sitting on the loo and straining makes it immediately worse but then it resolves quite fast. Sometimes walking around briskly helps. It doesn’t seem to go away at all if I just stay in bed.
