I'm not the poo troll but I've just had bowel incontenace in a train station. Have manage to dispose of my pants, rinse my jeans out and clean myself up to the best of my ability. Douse myself in perfume.

Now sitting on the train home. What happened? What if I smell - I feel so embarrassed and dirty. Sad

Think of going home and having a nice warm shower. Have you been feeling poorly? 💐

Ah sorry op! This must have been awful.

Social distancing is your friend atm Wink

I’m sure your fine don’t worry, not the first and not the last!
I always find if it’s you it’s happened to, it’s you who can constantly smell it, not other people

Thank you so much for replying. Ive managed to change trains now and only have an hour till o get home.

Yes for the first time ever I have said thank goodness for Covid - empty trains and 2metres. And hand sanitiser spray in my handbag that I have used liberally!!!

No illness, just peri menopause. Just totally no warning and no control. Really awful.

When I first started with IBS I had this...I once ran home from the train station, leaving the front door wide open as I couldn't spare five seconds to shut it and made it into the bathroom where I promptly lost control before getting on the loo.

It's a horrible experience and I know mine was better than yours in that I at least made it home.

Take a nice bath when you get home and try to forget about it - there's nothing you could have done Thanks
