Can anyone diagnose me from this weird set of symptoms?

I'm waiting for MRI results and will be getting a lumbar puncture at some point too but each person i see says something different and its driving me crazy.

I had thyroid cancer, it wasn't too serious and was sorted with an operation (hemithyroidectomy).

My bloods have all come back fine. And I had a camera rammed down my throat and that was fine so I don't think my symptoms are from the op.

I have lost all feeling in one arm and hand, the other hand keeps going tingly, as do my feet, which has caused me to fall a couple of times.

I am in pain in almost the upper left quarter of my body constantly. I'm really tired all of the time, and very irritable because of this. My periods are all over the place too (definitely not pregnant)

My voice keeps on going completely, sometimes for days at a time.

Physio made everything worse so that stopped, speech therapy didn't help my voice so I was pretty much told tough luck and that stopped.

Also when they do that sharp/blunt test anywhere in my body it always feels blunt.

Does anyone have any ideas while I await my results?

Anyone’s guess OP, sorry you are feeling poorly. Hopefully the MRI will rule out neurological illnesses, assuming it was MRI Head. I have experienced similar symptoms, but not exactly the same though. I have a dx of Multiple Sclerosis, that was confirmed by MRI head, cervical and whole spine. I didn’t need a LP thankfully. Good luck I hope you get some answers & feel better soon. Flowers

Are you on levothyroxine after your thyroid op? Have they checked your TSH, T4 and T3 levels? Hoarse voice and period issues and carpal tunnel can be caused by underactive thyroid which if you don't have sufficient thyroid hormone after the op could be an issue. Also b12 and vitamin d can cause dreadful symptoms.
Were you stressed through the whole cancer diagnosis and treatment? Could be a post-traumatic stress reaction?
