Ds1 has had the most horrendous nappy rash for the last couple of days,to the point of where he is screaming at every nappy change and it's getting harder to clean him with the wipes.I'm smothering him in Sudocreme which has worked in the past,but it's not working now.He is even asking me for medicine as it's so sore.
I'm off to the chemist in the morning to get something else,so thought I would ask opinions of what seems to clear it up,pretty fast,please.
