I need some advice pleeeeese

Ds 2yrs woke in the night because he had filled his nappy.It was abit runny (tim sorry) i changed him and he went back to sleep.This morning he has done it two more times so far.It's really runny like water,so i take it he has a upset tummy.But the real problem is it's burning his little bum so much it's bleeding.It's just taken me ages to clean him with him crying his eyes out.Now he won't sit down because his bums hurting.
What can i do to make him happier.

POor love. Put a thick layer of vaseling, and then a thin layer of Metanium (if you have it). Its the only combo that worked on dd when her poor bum was raw and peeling.

don't use wipes on him, just cotton wool and water or stick him in the shower
conotrane or vasogen is also good
