Small lump on back of hand that moves what is it?

Just wondering if anyone has an idea of what this is? I'm gonna try and get a doctor's appointment but just wondering if anyone could give me some thoughts I can go in with.
I have a small lump on my right hand if I touch it it seems firm but I'm not 100% sure as when I touch it it moves around the back of my hand. It's not painful and I dont feel it moving about when I touch it but it does move easily and smoothly

@maras2 I thought they didn't move around the hand as it's to do with the joint fluid or did I get that wrong ?

Hi, just wondering if you have any update as to what the lump was?

I've developed something similar in the same spot which moves when I stretch my hand. It's painless and appears almost identical to yours.

I've got them. It looks like a ganglion to me albeit very small
