Anyone else had this winter bug that is going around?

Started about a week ago with bad cold symptoms (headache, cough, sore throat) then a spate of v and d. Aching all over, no energy.

Anyone know if something going around? Anything I can do apart from sleep - that is!

Yes, three weeks ago and sinuses only just starting to clear. Dose yourself up and go to bed (if you can).

We've all had it, though i think in our case it was two 'its' - one nasty cold/cough bug, and one diarrhoea/nausea/aching bug - and vomiting in dd2's case.

We all took probiotics to help guts recover, thats it - though dd1 and I are also on ABs as the cold/cough one turned into chest infections. Just praying its not RSV, 'cos dd2 is at high risk of hospitalisation if it is

apparently working its way through us... ds3 and 1 have started to succumb. only a matter of time before its all of us.
