Just that really. I have a dark coloured indentation/crater just to the left of the midline of my tongue and i've been told i've got to have a biopsy. I'm not sure if it will be incisional or a punch biopsy. Whatever it's going to be i've heard these things are painful. I've been given no advice on aftercare, will I have to eat soup for a week etc? I'm dreading it. All i've been told is that I can eat as normal up to the procedure and that I should bring an adult with me.. Why?! is it really that bad? I won't be taking an adult with me i'll be going on my own. Haven't got anyone to come with my anyway but also doesn't make sense with the virus etc.
Not even prepared to think of what the results might be, but I want to get through the biopsy first.. Thanks in advance
