Mystery rash on elbows (pic)

So I first had this a few months ago and wasn't sure what it was, thought it could be psoriasis but it was never itchy and never became dry on the surface like typical psoriasis does. Then it went away. Now I've noticed it's back, on both elbows again and looks a bit worse than last time. Really unsure of what it is, it doesn't itch or hurt at all, it looks bumpy when my arm is extended. I have no other symptoms alongside it and it isn't anywhere else other than the elbows.
Has anyone seen anything similar/ have any ideas?

Thank you, it could well be that especially as it seems to be recurring over time.

I get something like that occasionally on my elbows, and I've always put it down to excema. It seems to flare up during the winter when I wear woolly jumpers and lean my elbows on the desk at work. It lasts a few weeks and then disappears as fast as it came.

Definitely looks like psoriasis...mine is not really dry on my elbows either, there is a few different types of psoriasis. I would go to go and ask for referral. Psoriasis isn't just a skin condition it's an auto immune condition and can effect your whole body.

My psoriasis looks exactly like that. And I get it in exactly the same place. Mine itches like mad though
