My dd3, (5 years) has little skin coloured raised spots all over her legs and arms. She has had these since she was about a year old, but they seem to have spread. They do not itch and become red, but are quite unsightly. I do not think they are molluscum (sp?) as from the descriptions on here those spots are red with a white centre, I think. Does anyone know what these bumps could be and if there is a way to clear them up?
