Burst blood vessels in eyes

Does anyone else suffer from this? Happens randomly, maybe once every two months, sometimes left eye sometimes right, but huge and looks awful! The only thing I take is tranexamic acid, could this be why?! Any fellow red eye advice welcome!

DH has this quite often, have you had your BP checked?

When his first started happening the pharmacist (he was collecting a prescription) insisted he speak to the Dr, as he does take a lot of medication, Dr said to check BP and -as it was fine - said it was just one of those things.
Presumably if his BP had been high the response would have been different?

I've had this but I do have graves disease

BP was fine last time I checked! Will check it again just to be sure...thank you!

Mine is caused by dry eyes more than anything else

I get this and have always had low blood pressure - seems to happen if I’m particularly tired/run down?
