Please could someone explain what TSH level of 1.1 means?

I am being investigated for tachycardia. I think it could be Postural tachycardia syndrome as my HR goes up massively when I stand up and I get faint and dizzy.

I have been referred to a cardiologist and just got some blood tests back from the GP before I see the cardiologist later today. They said my TSH level is 1.1. Looks like a normal TSH can go down to 0.4 so does this mean I've definitely not got hyperthyroidism or will they need to do further tests to rule that out?

Many thanks for any insight!
