Never the most fun five minutes but feels lovely to have done it.

Well done. I have a cervical smear skirt that comes out especially for the occasion.

I went leggings and long very pretty tunic. Nurse admired my boots which was a nice bonus .

Smear tests are yearly here in Spain so they become quite routine, which is good.

I wear a skirt or dress so I can just hop on the couch and pull it up.
Except if I'm getting the full 'gynae MOT' which includes a check of the breasts too.

Women's health is so important, hope your results are quick and reassuring.
