Has anybody had functional rhinoplasty in the north west of England? I'm having breathing problems and believe that I have internal nasal valve collapse. The NHS is obviously running even slower than normal and I'm not sure how much experience of this type of surgery the consultants will have. Thinking to go private and somehow find a way to pay for it as it's impacting on my life massively.
Anyone have any experience of this type of surgery?
