Long term symptom of fragmin

Hi all

I had fragmin injections for 6 weeks after the birth (now week 10) and a couple of weeks ago bending over to garden I felt a very dull but sharp pain in my side. I thought it might be my baby belly getting squished too much in a funny position but it happened again this week. I’ve just realised the pain is in the same area I did my fragmin injections in. I still have bruises from the injections. Has anyone else had this type of pain so long after injecting?

No they’re subcutaneous injections so the more likely problem is a pelvic floor or abdominal wall problem - they often start with pain in the belly and then as swelling decreases result in incontinence. Has a physio checked that you’re doing your pelvic floor exercises correctly? If not try and get a referral.
