Oh no- how to sleep all night ? (Alcohol/menopause)

I had a really stressful day at work combined with a stressful week with idiotic teens and wayward elderly parents.

I've just drink a bottle of wine, which I know from experience means I'll wake up at 1am and will lie awake until about 5am, when I'll fall asleep until my alarm goes off at 6:30.

Is there anyway to combat this? I know I'm a fool.

Stay up until you’ve sobered up a bit. Have something plain to eat, stay up till 12ish, then go to bed. Helps me anyway

also drink water or milk or fruit juice or something (but not so much you need the loo in the night)

Than you- I'm now drinking night time herbal tea, have had a kitkat and am waiting it out until midnight.
