When you have a uti, where in your back do you feel the pain? I have had a bachache since monday. It's really quite painful and I'm not sure at what point you go to the doctor. I do not usualy suffer from bach ache luckily and I dont think the doctors can do anything anyway but I am awating an ultrasound to check for fibroids which are causing bladder pressure symptoms and frequent urination and wondered if they are now causing pressure pain in my back? I don't suppose anyone has any experience of back pain from fibroids or UTI's? TIA
