worm in urine - anyone?

dd2 has just done a wee on the potty and after i spotted one little white worm swimming round. it is possible that it came from the potty as she had a my wee friend sticker in the bottom, but what if it didn't.

anyone know anything about them?

she has diahorrea at the mo and have seen none in her poo.

It may be threadworms, a very common complaint among young children, just look it up on mumsnet! They can occasionally go up ureathra but probably washed off her bum when she wee'd. Look at her bum at night by torchlight and you may see little threads wriggling. Treatable by one off tablet and strict hand hygiene. Sounds most likley if has diarrhorrea too. Ring your health visitor for advice, they will reassure you.
