Hard skin colored lump on my chin

Does anyone know what this is and should I see my Dr , i noticed it around a year ago and thought nothing of it I thought maybe it was cosmetic from makeup , then I noticed its fairly larger now ! When I press it , it goes a White color and visibly noticeable

Go see your GP. Probably nothing but a friend had a ‘spot’ that wouldn’t go away on her forehead that turned out to be skin cancer - easily treatable etc.
