Just wondering what your resting heart rate and how nic it goes up when walking around the house.

Mine is 70's/80's when resting and goes up to 100/110 when walking round the house. It never used to be this high but has changed since I had covid

Mine is usually 56-60 resting and I would have to be brisk walking to get to 100-110. Just looked at my HR trace from last night's walk and my peak HR was 117 but that was walking uphill into the wind with a backpack on. My average across the 5km walk was 91 (although that will be slightly skewed by stopping to talk to someone for a few minutes).

My resting heart rate is 59 according to my fitbit. If I walk around the house, 80 ish. If I hammer the house work, a hundred ish, same for a brisk walk.

The normal range is quite broad though, my sister has a high heart rate, naturally and has always been told how normal it is.

Have you any other post covid symptoms? It could take some time to settle?

Mine is low. It is 45-49 resting and about 70-90 when walking.

My resting heart rate goes from 59/60 up to 69/70 once a month when I have my period. It's taken me a year to realise this trend Hmm

Mine is 60-65 resting. Went for an 8 mile walk today and average was 105.

Mine is around 60 resting. Normal is 60-100 according to google so yours doesn’t sound like a cause for concern??

According to my watch, mine is low fifties at rest and goes up to about 80 for normal low stress walking around. A brisk walk will average at around 100.

Mine is low, average 49 according to Garmin. It goes well up to 120-140 when I go running.

Mine is very similar I'm actually having a holten monitor for 24 hours next week as it's very fast last two weeks since I got sick with ongoing chest infection.
