off balance/dizziness from hayfever/allergies??

hey,i started getting hayfever lastyear from about marci and i get this awful dizziness no balance doggy head feeling!!it's started again my nose gets really inflamed like it's swollen inside i get awful sinus pains and headaches and feel like one ear gets full!an this happen with hayfever??the lightheadedness and dizziness is horrible

Have you checked for rapid eye movement when you tilt your head in certain directions? If your eyes flick around uncontrollably then this will actually be caused by labyrinthitis. You can Google videos of the Dix-Hallpike manoeuvre to follow to diagnose it, then to fix it do the Epley manoeuvre.

I've not had dizziness with hayfever, although I suppose swelling of the sinuses near the ear might cause some vertigo issues. Not something I've come across though.
