oh my god why am i bleeding?

i am really sore down you know where, and i am bleeding ever so slightly. my pack of pills don't run out until monday so i know it isn't my period. i have had more sex than usual this week, and yesterday it was painful. it stings when i go to the toilet, and hurts so much now. any advice?

i have been drinking lots of water since, and i will get some cranberry juice in later too. but can't remember if i like it so may have to get a little bottle, or a bottle of it mixed with something else.
