EFT / Hypnotherapy for anxiety

Has anyone had any success with this? Specifically for health anxiety.

This guy is very calming, he has tapping for all sorts. I once spent £££ for actual sessions of hypnotherapy for GAD. Nice and relaxing whilst I was attending them but the effects didn’t last.
