Mirena coil and pelvic pain??

I had the Mirena coil inserted 2 days ago (for endometriosis reason) and keep feeling ongoing pain. Took some painkillers on a daily basis. No bleeding now. Just severe right side pelvic pain. Does this happen to anyone?

It is one of the side effects but if you're concerned or it's worsening probably best to speak to your Ob/gyn or GP.
