I am 58 years old and a size 36FF. I’ve occasionally considered breast reduction in the past. But post-menopause my breast size has increased even more, and shape dropped also. Im getting increasing back ache and shoulder ache and general discomfort (and some self consciousness). I cannot find a bra that’s comfortable, no matter what I do. So am seriously considering breast reduction, perhaps to size C.
I live in the South of England, near Bournemouth. I suppose could travel a bit, I am not sure how far is realistic, perhaps up to 2 hours?
I can’t really afford it, but I will probably have go privately. I think it would be difficult to get it in the NHS 🙁, though I will ask.
