ds1 who is almost NEVER ill has been chucking up all last night and had the runs a bit too. Stopped being sick now it seems but hasn't moved from the couch all day and has a temperature now
keeping my fingers crossed that ds2 doesn't get it. He's banged his head tonight aswell so in my paranoid mummy mode i won't know if it's the bug or that.
bit of a pointless moan that wasn't it really. lack of sleep is getting to me.

Yes, spent 3 days with squits then chucking up everywhere. Horrid. Couldn't keep anything down. Hope it doesn't spread... (round your family I mean)

aloha · 28/10/2004 22:20

Oh yes, I had it. 25 weeks pregnant, vomiting and the rest all night long - literally. Couldn't even keep water down. Horrible. Ds had a very mild version and was only sick once. Friend had a horror version that lasted two weeks and lost more than a stone.

marthamoo · 28/10/2004 22:23

Yes, the Next delivery lady told me that there is

And motherinferior's dd has it. And fairyfly's lot have had it. And someone else on MI's thread.

marthamoo · 28/10/2004 22:25

Kaz33 it was. Who has had the lurgy too, I mean.

It's the time of year for it - we need a few hard frosts to kill the bugs off (that's verbatim from the Next lady )

I know she went to the dr Sue W, but I don't know the result. She is incredibly skinny already (size 8ish) so goodness knows what she is now! But she's better now.
