Hi guys.

I was in a small car crash about 4 years ago and suffered whiplash. I'm 23.

Since then, about 3 times a week roughly, I get a headache with I think comes from muscle pain/stiffness as I also feel tight aching pains at the top of my neck. I often have to really rub deep heat into my neck and shoulders, which relieves everything.

What can I do? It almost feels like I need a deep, hard massage of my neck every day!!

(I do get massages once a month and they are amazing for loosening things)

Try this video, along with not spending too much time looking down at a phone/iPad, & try a microwave heat bag. I have had a nasty whiplash injury & now also have ‘wear & tear’ in my neck. All these things help me.
