LIGHTER LIFE??

has anyone been on this diet, a woman at my sons school has been on it and she looks FANTASTIC shes lost 5 stone since july, i know u will probably say thats not healthy, but apparently you are under scrutiny from your gp aswell, it costs £66 a week though, has anmyone been on it then?

3 of my collegues have done this ... they all look great. Especially K who did it two years ago and the weight is still off.

i think that this is the diet yorkie went on, and from her update puics she looks fantastic on it.
