Fed up not having a waist :(

Can I get it back again? I'm not overweight, could be a bit firmer all over but I don't think it's about being way too fat or anything.

Does anyone know an exercise that really works for the waist?

Unfortunately, much of where we deposit fat is in our genes, but regular exercise and a good diet will help.

To tone up the muscles in that area, crunches, sit ups, and cruches with a twist will help.

Also side turns witha medicine ball, and side star balances would firm your bliques and abs.

hmm that doesn't sound too good, like I'm built to look like a barrel in the middle...

OK stomach exercises I do, the side crunches I haven't been doing, can try those. Not sure what you mean with the medicine ball, not that I have one! And those ones standing up and twisting round so your upper half is facing behind you IYSWIM is that any good?
