Lump/bump between breasts bottom of rib cage

Hi after showering I have just noticed the slightest bump under the skin between my breasts. It’s like a slight raised patch of skin- it’s hard to describe. It is almost like a large blister without the skin damage if that makes sense. I’m not sure I’d be able to get a photo of it as can only see it in certain lights. It doesn’t hurt and I’ve had a good feel and I don’t think I can feel an actual lump. Just wondering if it’s worth a GP appointment next week or if it’s totally normal and I have just never noticed it before.

Any advice welcome

I have a lumpy bit here too, always worth seeing the GP if you're concerned though

Xiphisternum?

Thanks for your replies. I hadn’t heard of this. I wonder if it’s then connected to exercise- I got a kettlebell a while ago and although I haven’t used it in a few weeks I wonder if that’s the cause. I googled xiphisternum and it’s sounds like exercise can exacerbate- I’ll lay of the kettlebell. Thank you
