Hard discoloured skin with slight numbness on big toes - pic!

Hi, don't want to bother the GP at the moment, has anyone had similar?
The redness has been there a long time and it's constantly there and not related to cold conditions. The skin is slightly hard and numb.
I also have joint pains and fatigue.

Hi nolovelost, i have the same, uau!! I was just checking in here because my GP wasn’t impressed, phone app. Sent me to do some diabetes checks and thats all, but its really uncomfortable and is only affecting my right foot.
Did you had yours checked already? Is it getting better? Im worried as i have to drive for a while each day and its the right foot that feels really numb and painful, the big toe mainly.
