Size of vitamin/supplement capsules or tablets

They are the size of horse pills.

My eye consultant told me to take linseed oil. Sent for capsules and they are the size of small bombs. I have to bite them and it tastes disgusting.

But it’s not just them, I’ve wasted so many tablets due to the size. Sometimes l cut them quarters but mostly l can’t cba.

Do small tablets exist.

I have some calcium citrate / vitamin d3 that are huge. I don't bother cutting them as they are soft enough to bite into quarters. Even a quarter is still big.
I do have to take 16 prescription tablets a day though, as well as inhalers, so just crack on with it.

You can get some that are a spray. My vit d is a brand called better you and is just a quick squirt of mint liquid under my tongue which is absorbed.

Try different brands! My friend takes vit d in horse pill size but mine are tiny - Vitabiotics are usually a good size.
