Side effects of Primolut/Noresthisterone anyone??????????

I've started taking this and feel like I have raging PMT. Surely this is all wrong?

I have no idea what Primolut is, but a quick Google search for "side effects primolu" showed this.

I was prescribed Noresthisterone for PMT ages ago and hated it and put on weight with - my PMT was worse.

I know this is an oldish message but I am taking this too and I am having all the symptoms of PMT as well (tears, unreasonable rage, bloating etc).

I used to get these symptoms before ds was born around my periods. This has been prescribed by an infertility clinic to get a menstrual cycle started so they can test my fsh levels etc. I have only had 2 periods in the last year.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working as I took one lot with no bleeding. I am taking a second lot at the moment to see if it works this time.

It may be that I am genuinely menopausal - I am really hoping not

Why are you taking it?
