Took out of date mini pill- freaking out

Just that. I’ve only just noticed. I had to take one pill from what I thought was a new pack on Monday - I then went back to my old pack (I’ve been doing this for ages as I took one too many from a pack ages ago). I was then supposed to be continuing the “new” pack tomorrow.

But I’ve just noticed that the date on it is June 2020..

So in summary - I took one expired pill on Monday and then in date pills each day until today.

I had sex Wednesday afternoon. Wtf do I do? Should I rush to get map tomorrow? Is this the same as having missed one? Fuck.

I'd suggest going to speak to a pharmacist tomorrow for advice re possibly needing emergency contraception.

Update. Took Ella one this morning on the advice of the pharmacist. Need to get a new pill pack and take on day 6 after Ella. Clearly no unprotected sex until then.

Now just gotta pray ...

Any further thoughts appreciated from anyone. I really don’t want to be pregnant . Am in my early forties so am hoping the 5 percent chance stat per cycle is correct.....
