My LO has had a mild fever from thursday to saturday and then an up and down decent fever since saturday night and i'm wondering when she'll be better

The Drs have checked her and said just a virus. She's 10 months old. Eating tiny amounts but still drinking water and milk.

took my ds to get over whatever he had a couple of weeks ago...if she is snacking and is hydrated she should be fine

How high has her temperature been? Have you been using Calpol?

PutThatInYourPipeandSmokeIt · 30/10/2007 15:27

it swings between no fever and then she gets hot and we take her temp and foubd it mid to late 38s and give calpol. I remember that as a child I used to be ill for about a week but I need to reassure DH too

Thank you for that

I think she's ok as she's in top form when her fever is down and that's always a sure sign isn't it? She's definitely in a better place today than she was yesterday, thank goodness.
