No period, huge tummy ? Something sinister

Hi. I am 43, had previous dcs, and had put symptoms down to peri menopause. Not had a period for last 3 months and now my tummy, especially lower, seems to be growing. It’s hard rather than soft. Have daily nausea. And yes, done x2 hpts in last couple of weeks, both neg and no real chance of it anyway.

But, I’m beginning to be really worried there is something sinister going on. I can feel a tightness/lump in pelvic region especially when lying on my side. Previously had ultrasound scans that were ok but couldn’t see left ovary. Also, weeing lots at night and have weird palpitations. Just wondering if anyone can put it together or has any experience of something similar? TIA

You need an urgent gp appointment and further investigations op. How long ago were previous ones? Did they do a blood test as well as a scan?

I’ve had blood tests before but I don’t think it included ca125 - my gp mentioned it when I talked to her last week. If still going on despite dietary changes, she will do a pelvic exam and blood tests.
Last scan was prob about 18 months ago? Ish. But for similar reasons, except then the lump/feeling was mostly soft and hadn’t missed periods
