Hmmm no air con I’m at home, heating probably on a good bit though? Am I dehydrated I wonder? I drink a lot of water, but equally a lot of tea so maybe cancelling one another out

My tongue feels burnt too now I think of it (but that’s prob all the tea 🤣)

I've been much the same for weeks. I think it's because it's been so cold, the heating is pumping out a lot and the atmosphere inside is very dry. Drinking more water than usual and getting a bit of fresh air seems to help.
