Excellent I could read you that book backwards and in french
Best decision you have ever made, now, if you DO have a negative moment, just dont do it...
You will only have to stop again.
Have a glass or water or jog round the block if the madness gets to you.
(3 years free next month) Allen carr rules!

fakeblonde · 29/10/2007 08:48

Thanks charliecat-instead of dreading it i am TRYING to embrace it!
A cd came with the book so i might play that later.
One of my incentives is dh has treated me to membership at an exclusive health club opening in Dec-no point in joining really if i`m all clogged up on the inside !

CONGRATS FB! Another thumbs up for Allen here - 18 months free...

What I found useful was to take three really deep, long breaths whenever I had a craving. It helps to relax you and fills your system with oxygen which also counteracts the craving. That's my top TOP tip.

And like charliecat says, just don't do it - there's NO SUCH THING as just one ciggie!

Well done FB

Well done you!
5 years now... even the idea makes me go "bleugh" these days!"

Congratulations. You won;'t believe how much healthier you will feel over the next few days and weeks. I stopped in March and have just had my first winter (southern hemisphere winter) in about 15 years with no colds, no coughs, nothing. You will really notice the benefits.
