I'm 28. 2 children. Have had contraceptive implant for 3 years and it needs replacing. Normal periods are very light flow for 5 days. Last few months they have been very spotty\ light for 3-5 days and then stopped for a day or so before being heavy for another 5 days. Gp seems unconcerned . Google has me concerned with a whole raft of cancer possibilities.
