Weight loss, and temperature ...

I've dropped a couple of stone over the last few years, and now find myself constantly cold. Admittedly, all my habits and clothing were always based on the assumption I would be boiling all the time. Does this sort itself out? Or do I need to start wearing lots of layers and holidaying in hot places?

I think its par for the course. I'm quite slim and definetely feel the cold. It might be worth getting your thyroid checked out though if you are concerned.

If I exercise, or have a bath, I feel ok, it's just otherwise.

(The weight loss isn't unexplained, just unintended, iyswim - I know thyroid problems can cause weight fluctuations.)
