Has anyone done it or doing it. I am on Day One and needing support!

I'm doing cambridge diet which is very similar.
I am on day 11 now and luckily managed to get through the first few days with no side affects

Well done - how much have you lost?

I haven't, but a friend has. She has lost 6 stone this year and is looking amazing. She has been doing the maintainence bit for a while and that is working too. She is also exercising and really enjoying it.
It was incredibly hard, especially right at the start, knowing what a mountain it is to climb.

I have so much admiration for my friend though, she has completely turned round her relationship with food and is so much happier.

I wish you all the best...

I have lost a stone so far!
Some tips I was given was to split the packs into half.
once you get through the first few days it does get easier

Well done.
I need to lose 3 and a half stone and every other diet just has not worked for me. It is a bit radical but I know it will work,

I need to lose another 3.5 to get to my target of 12 stone, I lost 2.5 stone on ww before starting Cambridge diet.
