Somebody to talk to/advice🤔❤️

This is a little bit long, sorry x
A few weeks ago I started getting twinge random pains in the areas on the photos. I went to the GP only last week who thinks I have acid reflux after I’d mentioned a dry cough, constant throat clearing and the morning before I woke at 5am which felt like I had drowned and come back up for air, had to keep swollowing, lost my breath and then the burning was really terrible in my throat.
I was prescribed lansoprazole, it’s my 4th/5th day taking them now and for 2 days the symptoms disappeared which I thought great. But this evening they’ve slightly come back, sides of chest etc too, the throat clearing and dry cough is also back. It’s really annoying. Is this normal for reflux? I assumed once I’d taken meds it’d go away 🤦🏻‍♀️
I do have health anxiety so I’m just worried 😟.

You need to give the stomach acid meds 2 or 3 weeks to work.

How is your anxiety generally at the moment? Look at overall wellbeing also.
