Can weed smell from my neighbour's house affect you?

Maybe a silly question. We have new tenants living next door (terraced home) - they smoke loads of weed and my 10 week old baby's room stinks of it. Can this affect her health? Obviously I'm not keen on her room smelling of it but would be more worried if the smoke is affecting her.

We'll be moving next year and they are the dregs of society so would rather not have to get involved with them if we don't have to...

Cheers

Passive smoking can but not just the scent.

My sinuses are certainly a lot better now I've taken measures to block out my neighbour's incessant weed smoking.

I've draught-proofed the windows and put insulation tape around the skirting boards which are part of a party wall with the neighbours. I spent £120 (ouch) on an air purifier, which is really effective. And I moved my bed as far away from the party wall and window as possible.

It's a very pungent and pervasive smell but afaik you cant become intoxicated or harmed by it
